JOB: Back garden in this student house was an absolute tip! Piles of old bricks, rubble and mud, covered with overgrown foliage. It wasn't t a huge area but the owner wanted to maximise the space and create a usable area for the tenants that required minimal maintenance.

Completely dug it out and removed all rubbish. Created two tier terrace using the reclaimed bricks and concrete for retaining walls, put in concrete steps. 

We built three huge wooden planters for the spare soil, these also helped to stabilise the foundations of the boundary wall.

Used fake grass (astro turf) rather than proper turf so that minimal gardening time was required in the future!
